Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site:

• Account details from signing in with Discord: your Discord ID, username, avatar and email, plus any display name or accounts you choose to connect.
• Linked partner data: when you connect a partner site, we receive the wager totals and the account identifier needed to build leaderboards and award points.
• Payout details you save: a crypto wallet address or a Steam trade link, used only to deliver rewards you redeem.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, and session data used for security.
• Support content: anything you send us in a ticket or message.

2. What we never collect

We do not take payments on this site, and we never see or store your passwords, card numbers, or the private keys and credentials for your partner-site accounts. Deposits and wagering happen on the partner sites, under their own systems.

3. How we use your information

To run leaderboards, points and VIP tiers; to fulfil store redemptions, giveaways and prizes; to verify linked partner accounts; to answer support requests; to keep the site secure and prevent fraud, multi-accounting and abuse; and to understand which parts of the site people use so we can improve them.

4. Cookies and referral tracking

We use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure your session, and attribute referrals to partner sites when you use code ZANE. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site, including sign-in, may stop working.

5. How we share it

We share only what is necessary: with partner sites to verify your wagers and pay leaderboard prizes; with the service providers who host, secure and operate the site for us; and where we are required to by law or to protect the site and its users. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including record-keeping, dispute resolution and abuse prevention. Expired sessions and old login records are pruned automatically. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed session tokens, access controls, rate limiting and provably fair game mechanics. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

8. Your rights and choices

You can view and edit much of your profile directly on the site, disconnect linked accounts, and sign out of active sessions. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will handle it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

9. Age requirement

This site is only for people who are 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where they live. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone underage, and we will delete it if we discover it.

10. Third-party sites

Partner sites and other links featured here are independent third parties with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them, so review theirs before you use them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
